Harvest Care Home have a bungalow set within grounds which is let out for holidays. The bungalow is equipped with television, video and satellite, it consists of two bedrooms a lounge, kitchen and bathroom, all equipment is supplied including towels, bedding, toiletries are also supplied.

There is an interconnecting telephone system which connects to the main house and the other cottages, also there is a pull cord in each bedroom. Elderly or more disabled clients are issued with an alarm for around their neck which when pressed activates an alarm in the main house. Staff are also on hand at all times to assist, if needed help is always available. Clients own carer can accompany the client if they prefer this, if not arrangements can be made to pick up clients at the train or coach station.

The bungalow has an access ramp only a few inches in height with supporting rails. There are two car parks in the grounds which are level, one of which is just a few yards from the bungalow.

Harvest Care Home is situated between Haverfordwest and Milford Haven, it is on the border of Pembrokeshire National Park. Oakwood Park is nearby for a good day out for the younger clients, Tenby is also near with many facilities available such as golf and Manor House Wildlife Centre. Broad Haven and Little Haven are situated five miles away and have wonderful stretches of beaches.

Harvest Care Home is set in seven acres of grounds, there are two ornamental ponds with large koi carp and a small lake with ducks and geese, chickens roam around freely and supply free range eggs. There is a games room where clients can play snooker, listen to music, play darts. This year they are installing a television and video so that their clients can be taught line dancing, if anyone is interested, they also have a computer that can be used for recreation.

Harvest Care Home also own a timeshare at Laughanne Park where they can take clients for the day, this is in Dylan Thomas country and has a wonderful history. Within the timeshare is access to a swimming pool, sauna, crazy golf, fitness and center to name but a few of the facilities. There is a restaurant overlooking the estuary with beautiful views. In the evening there is a show which everybody can enjoy. It only takes the staff half a hour to drive there and makes for a lovely day or evening out.

Prices are set according to their clients needs but start at £222 per week, this includes three meals a day, staff are supplied to take clients on outings but entrance fees have to be paid by the client. Outings can be taken either as a group in the people carrier or individually in one of the staff's cars (they are insured to do this). Harvest Care Home try to keep our charges as low as possible in all instances.
